We had a lovely sports day last Friday. As well as thanking the staff and children I would also like to thank St John Fisher school for hosting us on their field. The whole school together on the same day really gives it a community feel. The day was enjoyed by all– I had no idea we had such competitive staff when it comes to running races!!!!
Year 6 had a great day out on Wednesday seeing Matilda in the West End. They loved it and will I am sure form a lasting memory for them. Yesterday all the year 6 children attended their new secondary schools for their induction days. Our children met their new teachers as well and moved up a year group so they have had a little taster of what is to come.
Year 3 are on their trip today to “Go Ape”, Next Wednesday our children in Early years will going to the beach at Whistable and next Friday y4 are at “ Flip Out” and Y2 have their trip to Diggerland– so its all very busy.
Year 6 will be performing their end of year performance: “ Hairspray” on Wednesday 10th July @2pm and Thursday 11th June @ 6pm. I have seen the rehearsals and we are definitely in for a treat. Everyone has worked so hard , its should be amazing!
We are changing our caterer from September to Chartwells, a Parentpay message has been sent out about this
Keep an eye out for various Parentpay communication that will be going out regarding the dates of events– it is a really busy time of year but good fun!!
