The following document is our School Improvement Plan for the 2018/19 academic year.
It is divided into 8 Strategic Objectives (SOs)
There are 2 strategic objectives for each of the main areas of:
- Overall Outcomes
- Teaching and Learning
- Leadership and Management
- Personal development, behaviour and welfare
The plan is audited termly to ensure the “ milestones” under each section have been met. This is carried out by the staff and then the governing body.
